Zenigata Manju / Zenigata Monaka

Sanuki's scenic spot, National Kotohiki Park consists of Kotohikiyama and Ariakehama.
The large sand painting drawn on Ariakehama where are known for its white sand and green pinetree is said to be made overnight to welcome Kyougoku Akiyuki,the lord of Marugame domain.
It is said that if you see this sand painting you will live a healthy and long life and will not be inconvenienced by money.
I hope I can convey the thought our ancestos through making "Zenigata Manju" and "Zenigata monaka"
It is very simple but We hope that you will have a warm sweetness and a gentle time.
